In a sense, though, they 'minor' in the Controller role - they can debuff foes in lots of nasty ways - whereas the sorceror focuses solely on damage, and does that extremely well. For raw damage, I think Sorcerors are the nuts. They are a blaster for sure. Warlocks are great at crippling foes and superior mobility/defense. They are both strikers but they do different things.
