Want a way to easily view and transport your character builder files? iplay4e makes is super simple to do so. You can upload the Character Builder files to the site, view them on the site, download them or even embed them in your website like so:
To make it even simpler for you, it uses google accounts, so you already have a login if you have gmail.
This works great for online campaigns, and for face-to-face games it’s a great way to keep your character information up to date and in one place on the group’s wiki.
I like it. It’s a clean simple tool that I can just plug into my workflow. Have you used it already? What do you think?
Interesting find. Is this compatible with Obsidian Portal?
This is really great. If only the character builder had a way to output its information in PDFs, it’d supplant normal character-building for me and my group entirely

Charles,
It does. DL a PDF maker. (I use PDF factory which leaves a watermark if used free, but you can always pay for it and lose the mark.) I printed right to the PDF factory and then saved the PDF to let me grab all the cards as graphics to make my own with page number citations and corrected formatting.
Hi Kingplay,
Andrew Reutter here (author of iplay4e). Iplay4e does support embedding characters on other sites, as you see above. However, it does so by providing an HTML snippet for your use – and Obsidian Portal, like most wikis, doesn’t allow raw HTML in pages.
That being said, I’d love to see OP (and other wiki/forum sites) provide their users with a special code for embedding iplay4e characters. You might consider going here and asking for it:
http://forums.obsidianportal.com/forums/3
Also, we’re adding features at a pretty breakneck pace. You might consider joining the iplay4e mailing list (low traffic) by following the Forums link found on the site. Most recently, we added tracking functionality (HP, power usage, etc…), with a dice roller and Blackberry support on deck for a week or so from now. We announce new features on the iplay4e mailing list.
Cheers,
Andrew
Sorry, meant Kingworks, not Kingplay…
