A Jack of All Trades ,or if you prefer, an extreme example of multi-classing, Gamefiend, a.k.a Quinn Murphy has been discussing, playing and designing games straight out of the womb. He is the owner and Editor-in-Chief of this site in addition to being an aspiring game designer. As you would assume, he is a huge fan of 4e.
By day he is a technologist.

Where can i get this wonderful toy?
Hey Donny! Pick this delicious new toy up over at playwrite.
Just a quick note, you can double-click on the title bar of the tool window to expand/shrink it, and grab it by the edges/corners to manually resize!
Looks really neat! Any chance of an OS X version? IPhone integration (one can dream)?
Welcome to At-Will!
I think Logan does mostly windows programming, so OSX might be a while coming…stop over at playwrite-blog.net and see what he thinks, though.
CrawlNotes is built to the 2.0 .NET Framework, so it has a very good chance of running under OS X using Mono.
I haven’t tried it myself, but you’re welcome to give it a shot (and report back!).
